Arrival Time
Arrival time is 45 minutes prior to the booking start time. This is to allow ticketing, briefing, allocation before the session. Any parties arriving late may miss one or all of their sessions, no refund will be issued.
Age verification
All age groups are strictly enforced. if there is any doubt of age ID will be required. If no ID available the driver will kart in the percieved age group. Any Date of Birth mistakes on registration can only be amended with offical ID ie passport, NHS doc etc
Compulsery Balaclavas
All drivers using our helmets are required to use a balaclava. these can be purchased on-line or on-site, and you are very welcome to bring your own.
All Skin Covered
While karting all skin must be covered. If you attend in robust clothing covering all skin you can kart as you are. If you visit wearing shorts and t-shirt etc you will use a provided race suit
No Alcohol & Drugs
We have a zero tolerance policy on alcohol & recreational drugs.
If we see you drinking, or think you are under the influence, you will not be permitted to kart. No refunds will be issued.
No Action Cams
whilst you are very welcome to video and photo from the spectator areas, no cameras are permitted on the karts or driver. If using your own helmet it must be a suitable standard with no modifications from manufacter
No Sandals, Flip Flops or Croc's
All footwear needs to be closed toes and heels. trainers or boots are fine, no sandals, flip flops, crocs or high heels please!
No Pre-existing Health Conditions
Karting is not recommended for individuals with pre-existing medical conditions, including (but not limited to): heart, back, spinal or neck conditions, pregnancy, epilepsy, or any condition that may be worsened by physical exertion.
