Before arrival
Your arrival time for your event is 45 minutes before the start time. Any party arriving later will not be able to kart.
All drivers for cadet karts (aged 7-11years) must have a minimum inside leg measurement of 65cm’s.
We recommend a maximum height of 6’6” and a maximum weight of 20 stone.
Suitable fully covered shoes must be worn, ie boots or trainers. No open toed or heeled footwear, or high heels are permitted.
Race suits and helmets are provided. Wearing a balaclava is mandatory.
All drivers are prohibited from consuming Alcohol or illegal drugs prior to karting. If we suspect the influence of either, we will refuse entry.
Go-Karting is not recommended for persons with pre-existing injuries, neck or back issues, heart problems, epilepsy or other conditions which may be affected by exertion (including pregnancy).
St. Eval Kart Circuit reserves the right to refuse any person or group without reason.
Age Verification
Age categories are strictly enforced.
We reserve the right to request proof of Age and ID. If ID & proof of Age cannot be produced, karting will be only permitted on the perceived age kart category. In this situation, we will not be liable for any refunds, compensation or expenses.
Payment & Cancellation
For Karting Sessions, payments are not refundable within 72 hours of event booking date & time. Prior to 72 hours, booking may be cancelled, but will be subject to an admin fee of £10 per transaction. No refunds or credits will be issued in the event of late or non-arrival.
For Adult Group Races, payments are not refundable within 14 days of event booking date. Prior to 14 days, booking may be cancelled, but will be subject to an admin fee of £10 per transaction. No refunds or credits will be issued in the event of late or non-arrival.
Behaviour
You agree to abide by the rules and regulations of St Eval Kart Circuit. These will be explained to you before you take part in any karting. Anyone who does not agree will not be permitted to drive.
We reserve the right to terminate, without notice your activity if your behaviour or that of any member in the booking is deemed as violent, likely to cause damage, distress or annoyance to other clients, employees, property or anyone else. In this instance, we will not be liable for any refunds, compensation or expenses.
Being under the influence of drink or drugs is strictly forbidden for the karting events, we have the right to remove you from the event if we suspect that you are under such influence. In this situation, we will not be liable for any refunds, compensation or expenses.
Any antisocial behaviour in the car park, for example but not limited too performing donuts and burnouts will result in a £500 fine for facilities repair. Any Revving of engines, speeding or other anti-social behaviour will lead to a permanent ban.
Health and Safety
Motorsport can be dangerous. Despite the organisers taking all reasonable precautions unavoidable accidents can happen. In respect of this you are present at your own risk.
