MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Membership Overview

St Eval Kart Circuit Membership provides eligible members with discounted karting and race event pricing for a period of 365 days from the date of purchase.

Membership benefits are available only to registered and approved named drivers linked to the membership account.

Membership is valid for 365 consecutive days from the date of purchase and does not automatically renew.

A reminder email will normally be issued approximately 30 days prior to expiry.

2. Membership Benefits

Members may receive benefits including:

• 20% discount on eligible karting sessions.
• Discounted race event entry (where applicable).
• Access to member-only promotions and offers.
• Online and onsite discount redemption.

Benefits may vary depending upon the membership type purchased.

St Eval Kart Circuit reserves the right to amend, replace, withdraw, suspend or discontinue any membership benefit where reasonably necessary for operational, commercial, safety or legal reasons.

Standard Pricing Only

Membership discounts apply only to standard advertised retail pricing.

Membership discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, voucher, discount code, package deal, group discount, corporate rate, loyalty reward, special pricing arrangement or promotional campaign unless expressly stated by St Eval Kart Circuit.

Membership discounts do not apply to:

• Gift vouchers
• Merchandise
• Food and beverages
• Balaclavas and safety equipment
• Birthday parties
• Corporate events
• Private hire bookings
• Exclusive venue hire
• Team building events
• Special promotional events
• Championship registrations
• Membership purchases
• Any product or service already offered at a discounted price

Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

3. Membership Activation

Following purchase, members must provide:

• Driver name(s)
• Date(s) of birth

All named drivers must have a registered online account before discounts can be linked.

Membership benefits cannot be activated until the required information has been received and verified.

Activation requests should be submitted by replying to the membership confirmation email or by contacting St Eval Kart Circuit directly.

St Eval Kart Circuit reserves the right to request proof of identity, proof of age, or other reasonable verification information before activating membership benefits.

4. Named Driver Requirements

Adult Membership

The membership may be linked to:

• The purchaser; or
• One other named driver if purchased as a gift.

Child Membership

The membership must be linked to:

• The child who will be driving.

Family Membership

The membership may be linked to:

• Up to four named drivers.

To qualify for a Family Membership:

• A minimum of two named drivers must be under 16 years of age at the time of activation.

All named drivers must be declared during activation.

Once activated, named drivers cannot be changed, substituted, transferred, assigned, exchanged, removed or replaced during the membership term.

Only named drivers are entitled to claim membership benefits.

Photographs may be retained on driver accounts for identification and verification purposes.

5. Family Membership Eligibility

Family Memberships are intended for genuine family groups.

St Eval Kart Circuit reserves the right to request reasonable evidence of age or family relationship where necessary to verify eligibility.

The requirement for a minimum of two drivers under the age of 16 must be satisfied at the point of activation.

If St Eval Kart Circuit reasonably believes that a Family Membership has been purchased primarily to obtain discounted access for unrelated individuals, membership benefits may be suspended or cancelled without refund.

6. Discount Redemption

Sprint Sessions

Membership discounts may be used immediately once activation has been completed.

Members may book eligible sprint sessions online or onsite.

Race Events

Where race event discounts are included, a separate race discount code may be issued.

Please allow up to 48 hours following activation for race discount codes to be generated and supplied.

Race discounts may only be used by the named member driver.

Named Driver Use Only

Membership discounts apply solely to the booking of the named member driver.

A member may not use their membership to obtain discounted bookings for friends, guests, spectators or accompanying drivers who are not registered on the membership.

Where multiple drivers are booked together, only eligible named members shall receive membership pricing.

Retrospective Discounts

Membership discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings or bookings made prior to membership activation.

7. Booking Procedures

Individual Memberships

Individual members may book directly online using the designated booking links and membership discounts.

Family Memberships

Family membership bookings must be made via:

• Email; or
• Telephone

St Eval Kart Circuit will provide a booking link or booking confirmation once the required booking details have been received.

8. Membership Restrictions

Membership:

• Has no cash value.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cannot be transferred.
• Cannot be sold or resold.
• Cannot be shared.
• Cannot be assigned to another driver.
• Cannot be inherited or transferred due to a change in personal circumstances.
• Cannot be combined with any other offer unless expressly stated.

Membership benefits are intended solely for personal recreational use.

Membership benefits may not be used for:

• Commercial purposes
• Coaching businesses
• Driver training businesses
• Organised group booking businesses
• Event promotion businesses
• Third-party resale
• Any activity intended to generate profit from discounted bookings

Any attempt to circumvent these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

9. Membership Expiry

Membership expires automatically 365 days after the purchase date.

Unused benefits, discounts, credits or promotional offers expire with the membership and shall not be refunded, extended or carried forward.

Membership does not automatically renew.

Failure to receive a renewal reminder shall not extend the membership period.

10. Driver Eligibility

All drivers must:

• Meet the age requirements for the kart category booked.
• Complete all registration requirements.
• Complete all waivers and declarations.
• Attend mandatory safety briefings.
• Follow instructions issued by St Eval Kart Circuit staff.

Proof of age may be requested at any time.

Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements may result in refusal of participation and no refund being due.

11. Safety Requirements

By using membership benefits, members acknowledge that:

• Karting is a physical activity undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
• Karting is not recommended for individuals with pre-existing medical conditions including but not limited to heart conditions, back conditions, spinal conditions, neck conditions, pregnancy, epilepsy, or any condition which may be aggravated by physical activity.
• Drivers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate.
• Alcohol and recreational drugs are strictly prohibited.

All standard St Eval Kart Circuit safety requirements and operational rules apply at all times.

12. Operational Availability

Membership provides access to discounts and benefits but does not guarantee session availability.

Track availability may be affected by:

• Maintenance
• Adverse weather
• Force majeure events
• Private events
• Operational requirements
• Health and safety considerations

No compensation, extension or refund shall be due where benefits are temporarily unavailable for such reasons.

13. Cancellation and Refunds

Membership purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

Failure to use membership benefits does not entitle the member to any refund, credit, extension or compensation.

Karting session and race booking cancellations remain subject to the prevailing St Eval Kart Circuit booking terms and conditions.

14. Suspension and Termination

St Eval Kart Circuit reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership benefits immediately where:

• False information has been supplied.
• Membership has been shared or misused.
• Fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Drivers fail to comply with safety requirements.
• Drivers fail to comply with circuit rules.
• Behaviour is abusive, threatening, dangerous or inappropriate.
• An investigation into suspected misuse is ongoing.

Membership benefits may remain suspended pending investigation.

No refund shall be payable where membership is terminated for breach of these terms.

15. Privacy

Information supplied for membership administration may be used for:

• Membership management
• Driver verification
• Discount administration
• Booking support
• Safety management
• Customer communications relating to membership

Driver photographs may be retained for identification and verification purposes.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the St Eval Kart Circuit Privacy Policy.

16. General

By purchasing or using a St Eval Kart Circuit Membership, the member agrees to these Membership Terms & Conditions together with all applicable St Eval Kart Circuit Terms & Conditions, Safety Rules, Booking Conditions and Privacy Policies.

St Eval Kart Circuit reserves the right to amend these Membership Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated terms will be published on the St Eval Kart Circuit website and shall take effect from the date of publication.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
