The Sun was shining and the talk was about last lights Aurora’s and those who slept through it!

Todays felt like a fantastic summers day, warm and dry with a light breeze – the perfect day for the May Open Race.

All the drivers were on top form, and the ‘old’ faces seem to be warming up and getting the number of the younger upstarts! lol.

First place on the Day was Daniel again, who managed to get 1st on pole and held it throughout it, but Tris certainly kept him on his toes! Tristan some say may have had a quiet race – Qualifying in 2nd and finishing in 2nd – but he worked hard for it and kept Daniel honest!

Third place went to Dan, although listening to the race afterwards there ‘may’ have been some slightly dubious overtakes on Dan part, lol.

Mention of the day goes to Marshal Adrian, who upon hearing Frankie would not be able to perform her normal monthly photo op, stepped in for her, and glowed up for the photo! Thanks Ade!
